19 000 m2 net. It is a home for the Centre, i.e. Toruń Symphony Orchestra  and the main stage of Kujawsko-Pomorski Impresario Music Theatre. Innovative acoustic solutions and the movable ceiling system allows a multifunctional utilisation of the building.
The main concert hall is the most distinctive building element - it features an auditorium arranged on several levels in order to obtain the most dashing observation spots. The main stage for orchestra of musicians - can open up to the outside plaza located on the rear of the building to facilitate outdoor concerts. the hall acoustics will be adjusted to the musical event with movable ceilings. The large hall can be combined with the small hall by a sliding wall.

Fernando Menisa design concept had gained recognition at the national and international forum. The hall design in Jordanki received in 2010 an award at the World Architecture Festival (WAF) in Barcelona as the best culture building of the future. The hall steel substructure design won first place in the category of Engineering at Tekla Global Bim Awards 2014. CKK Jordanki received I Jury Award in Structure of the Year 2015 contest.

Design challenge – acoustic gate with fire resistance EI 120

In collaboration with designers, an acoustic sliding gate Marc-P with fire resistance EI120 was designed specifically for the Centre. Installed from the auditorium side, an eleven-metre high gate has a high sound insulation coefficient of 45 dB (meets the requirements of sound insulation of internal partitions in buildings in compliance with DIN EN ISO 717-1:1999).
