For the Warsaw Spire building, in the very center of the city, we have installed an evacuation tunnel specially designed for this space . It consists of two overlapping segments which, in the event of a fire, leave the corridor into the open space of the building and enable quick evacuation of people from the top floors of the office building. As soon as the tunnel is started inside the tunnel, the emergency lights turn on, while the door in the facade, through which the tunnel will exit, opens automatically upon a fire alarm.

It is intended to be a utility building and it owes its functionality and innovation not only to superior ergonomics, but also to its fire protection and evacuation solutions. The building is the tallest structure of its kind in the capital and one of the tallest skyscrapers in Europe. It won the first place in the Eurobuild Awards 2011 for the Outstanding Architectural Design of the Year in Poland.
